Introduction
You book your free session and tell me a little about yourself. Nothing formal, just enough for me to know who I'm sitting with.
A phone call
We connect for fifteen minutes. You share what's on your heart, I listen and reflect back what I'm sensing, and we talk it through together.
Discover your needs
We name what would actually help. Sometimes that's a reading, sometimes Reiki or a candle ceremony, sometimes a practice to try on your own. That's a real answer too.

Is it really free?
Yes. Fifteen minutes, no card, no catch. If a paid offering is the right next step I'll tell you which one and why. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too.
What if I don't know what to ask?
Most people don't. "I don't know why I booked this, I just felt like I should" is a completely normal opening. We'll find the question together.
How does the session happen?
We talk by phone, from wherever you're comfortable. Paid readings are held over Google Meet, recorded, and followed by a written recap email so nothing you receive gets lost.
What happens after?
Based on what comes up in our conversation, I'll suggest a one-off service or create a custom package for you. Even if you aren't ready, you'll still be welcome to join our community and attend upcoming events.
